The already extensive range of shaker combs has now be further extended with the addition of the V7 Magnesium. This light, powerful tool reaches an impressive 1,500 strokes per minute, offering outstanding productivity. This pneumatic comb uses the same innovative fan-shaped tooth layout used on the Oliwatt 2. This reproduces the movement of the hand, pushing the olives downward toward the base of the branch, where the narrowing space causes them to detach from the plant. This comb is ideal for larger olive plantations, and the exclusive conical shape of the head makes it easily manoeuvrable even among the densest foliage. Even the smallest, most resilient olives are harvested easily and without damage. In harvesting tests carried out by the CRPV (Agricultural Research Centre, based in Faenza), the V7 Magnesium harvested approximately 98 Kg/h of a local variety of olives in Brisighella, and proved to be: “…very comfortable, light and simple to use. The machine penetrates easily into the foliage and combs each branch completely, leaving behind no olives still attached to the tree…”.
